Trainers At MRBE we really value our trainers. Our trainers are well-qualified, experienced and native speakers. They have a variety of business backgrounds which collectively brings a wealth of experience to the company. Their ability therefore to give quality feedback to the participants throughout the course is one of the reasons why the amount of companies using our services continues to grow.When we look for a trainer we look for the above attributes such as experience and qualifications. However, we also look for and value a friendly, caring, enthusiastic personality and somebody who has made a commitment to Finland. As our trainers have made Finland their home, they can really understand the cultural differences and problems that many Finns encounter when learning a foreign language. We have found that they also bring additional attributes such as loyalty, consistency and commitment to their students and lessons.
